LARRY MILLER PHOTOGRAPHY

Larry Miller Photo is owned and operated by Larry Miller. His primary interests are stock and fine art photography of the landscape of the American West. He has been traveling for more than 15 years, documenting the natural world in light and form.

 

His appreciation for the natural world began during his childhood in rural Iowa and is expressed in his work, whether it is a Pacific seascape or a desert sunset, his goal is to make Images that capture the experience of the moment.  “I make still images, not static images, I try to convey some kind of movement in all of my landscapes through composition and light.”

 

His preferred format is the 4x5 view camera for color and black and white landscapes, and 35mm for other natural subjects. He also makes his own archival black and white silver gelatin prints. His work has been used in editorial, advertising and is in private collections.

 

Larry lives with his wife Vickie, in the Napa Valley of California.
